1) Shipping Coverage
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Remote locations may require additional transit time.
2) Order Processing & Dispatch
- Non-Customized (Standard) Bottles: Usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Customized / Personalized Bottles: Typically require additional time for engraving and QC; dispatch generally within 2–4 business days.
Processing time may extend during peak sale periods, high order volume, or public holidays.
3) Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro / Tier-1 Cities: ~ 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Other Locations: ~ 4–8 business days after dispatch
These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier operations, weather, strikes, or local restrictions.
4) Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we share the tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as available). You can use the tracking link to monitor shipment movement.
5) Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Any promotional free-shipping offers are also applied at checkout based on eligibility.
6) Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and phone number are correct at checkout.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address/phone or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
7) Returns Policy (Summary)
Returns depend on whether your product is customized or not:
- Customized / Personalized Bottles: No return / no exchange / no refund (except if received damaged/incorrect).
- Non-Customized Bottles: Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery (unused, original packaging).
8) Return Request Process (Non-Customized Items)
- Email us at support@holdandbold.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share order details and photos (if needed).
- After approval, we will guide you through pickup or return shipping steps (as applicable).
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and packed securely in the original box/packaging.
9) Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and share:
- Clear photos of the issue
- An unboxing video (recommended for faster resolution)
After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If replacement is not possible, an alternative resolution may be provided.
10) Important Notes
- Minor color/finish variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
- Normal wear and tear after use is not covered.
- Shipping delays caused by courier/network disruptions are outside our control.
