Non-customized items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Customized items usually dispatch within 2–4 business days after engraving and quality checks.
Couriers usually attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address/phone, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure address and phone number are correct at checkout.
Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Contact support immediately with your order details. Once shipped, changes depend on courier rules and may not be possible.

Eligibility rules for customized vs standard bottles.
No. Customized / personalized bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable because they are made specifically for you. Only exceptions are if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.
Yes, non-customized items may be eligible if you raise a request within 48 hours of delivery and the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Approval is after verification.
Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video (recommended). After verification, we arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification/inspection. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Each bottle goes through quality checks before dispatch. Minor variations in finish or color may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
For best longevity, wash gently and avoid harsh scrubbing on printed/engraved areas. If your product includes special finishes, follow the care instructions provided with your order.
Names/engraving details, accuracy, and changes.
Changes are possible only if your order has not entered production. Contact support immediately. Once engraving starts, changes are not possible.
Customization is processed as submitted. Please double-check spelling and formatting before confirming your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact support quickly to check if an update is still possible.
If you submit a logo/design, you confirm you have the rights to use it. We may reject content that violates laws or third-party rights.
