How long does delivery take?

Delivery depends on your location and courier operations. After dispatch, typical delivery is 2–5 business days for metro cities and 4–8 business days for other locations. Customized orders may take extra time due to engraving before dispatch.

When will my order be dispatched?

Non-customized items are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Customized items usually dispatch within 2–4 business days after engraving and quality checks.

What if I miss the delivery attempt?

Couriers usually attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address/phone, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure address and phone number are correct at checkout.

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

Address changes are possible only before dispatch. Contact support immediately with your order details. Once shipped, changes depend on courier rules and may not be possible.

Do you charge shipping?

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout. Any free-shipping offers are applied automatically based on eligibility.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp (as available). Use the tracking link to monitor shipment movement.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship across India through trusted courier partners. Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility rules for customized vs standard bottles.

Can I return a customized bottle?

No. Customized / personalized bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable because they are made specifically for you. Only exceptions are if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Can I return a non-customized bottle?

Yes, non-customized items may be eligible if you raise a request within 48 hours of delivery and the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Approval is after verification.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video (recommended). After verification, we arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

How long does a refund take (if approved)?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification/inspection. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

How do you ensure product quality?

Each bottle goes through quality checks before dispatch. Minor variations in finish or color may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

How should I care for my bottle?

For best longevity, wash gently and avoid harsh scrubbing on printed/engraved areas. If your product includes special finishes, follow the care instructions provided with your order.

Customization

Names/engraving details, accuracy, and changes.

Can I change the name/text after placing a customized order?

Changes are possible only if your order has not entered production. Contact support immediately. Once engraving starts, changes are not possible.

What if I entered the wrong spelling for customization?

Customization is processed as submitted. Please double-check spelling and formatting before confirming your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact support quickly to check if an update is still possible.

Can I request a logo or special design?

If you submit a logo/design, you confirm you have the rights to use it. We may reject content that violates laws or third-party rights.
