• We are not responsible for spelling or formatting errors entered by customers.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier operations. Hold & Bold is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Customized products: No return, refund, or exchange unless damaged or incorrect.
• Non-customized products: Eligible for return within 48 hours of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
