Refund & Return Policy

This policy applies to bottles purchased from Hold & Bold, including customized (name/engraving) and non-customized items.

Customized
No Return / No Refund

Items customized with name/engraving/logo are made-to-order and are not returnable or refundable, except if received damaged/incorrect.

Standard
Eligible Return Window

Non-customized items can be requested for return within 48 hours of delivery (unused, original packaging).

Damage / Wrong
Fast Resolution

Report within 24 hours with photos + unboxing video. Verified issues get replacement at no extra cost.

1) Customized / Personalized Bottles

Products customized with names, initials, engravings, logos, or any customer-specific design are created exclusively for you.

  • No Return
  • No Refund
  • No Exchange

Once a customized order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, because customized items cannot be resold.

Exception: If a customized item is received damaged or incorrect, it will be handled under Section 3.

2) Non-Customized (Standard) Bottles

Returns for non-customized items are accepted only when all conditions are met:

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, inserts, and box contents are intact

After inspection and approval, we may offer a replacement or store credit (case-by-case). Shipping/handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.

3) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive a damaged/defective product or the wrong item, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share clear photos of the issue
  3. Share an unboxing video (recommended for faster verification)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. If replacement is not possible, an alternative resolution may be offered.

4) Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are provided only in eligible/approved cases. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after verification/inspection.

  • Refund method: original payment method or store credit (depending on case)
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

5) Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

6) Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect customization details provided by the customer
  • Minor color/finish variations due to lighting or screen differences
  • Normal wear and tear after use
